These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Mindro ("App"), published by Ai Nexus Innovation Solutions ("Ai-NIS," "we," "our," or "us").

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please discontinue use of the App.

SECTION 1

✅ Acceptance of Terms

By using the App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is available at https://ainexusinnovationsolutions.blogspot.com/p/mindro-privacy-policy.html

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the App.

SECTION 2

🌱 Description of the Service

Mindro provides mind and wellness activities designed to support focus, calm, and positive daily habits. Features may include:

  • Puzzle, memory, math challenge, and word games
  • Breathing, stretching, and meditation activities
  • Gratitude journaling
  • XP, levels, streaks, statistics, and daily tasks
  • A virtual tree that grows as you stay active
  • Reminders and notifications
  • Optional Google sign-in to back up your progress
  • Optional Premium subscriptions and in-app products

We reserve the right to modify, improve, suspend, or discontinue any feature without prior notice, subject to your rights regarding purchases described in these Terms and under applicable law.

SECTION 3

🎂 Eligibility

The App is intended for users aged 18 and over. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your country if higher, to use the App and to make purchases. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

SECTION 4

📜 License to Use the App

Subject to these Terms, Ai-NIS grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial, and lawful purposes.

You may not:

  • Copy, modify, or distribute the App
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App except where permitted by law
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, servers, or services
  • Use cheats, automation, or exploits to manipulate XP, levels, streaks, water, or rewards
  • Circumvent, tamper with, or share access to paid features or subscriptions
  • Use the App for unlawful purposes
  • Interfere with the operation of the App
SECTION 5

☁️ Account and Backup

You can use Mindro without creating an account. If you choose to sign in with Google to back up your progress, you are responsible for keeping your Google account secure and for all activity that occurs through it.

Backup is provided as a convenience. We work to keep it reliable, but we do not guarantee that backups will always be available, complete, or error-free. Please note that images attached to gratitude entries or used for puzzles are not uploaded to backup and will not be restored if you reinstall the App or change devices.

SECTION 6

✍️ Your Content

You may create content in the App, such as gratitude entries and photos you choose for puzzles or entries. You retain ownership of your content. Ai-NIS does not claim ownership of it.

You grant us a limited license to store, process, and back up your content solely to operate the App and provide the features you use, such as backup and restore.

You are solely responsible for your content and for ensuring that you have the right to use any photos or material you add. You agree not to add content that is unlawful, infringing, or harmful.

SECTION 7

💳 Subscriptions and In-app Purchases

Premium and in-app products. Mindro offers optional subscriptions and in-app products that unlock additional features or content. Available options, features, and prices are shown in the App and on Google Play before you purchase. Core features may remain available without payment.

Plans. Premium is currently offered as auto-renewing subscriptions (such as Monthly and Yearly) and as a one-time Lifetime purchase. Plans, names, prices, free trials, and included features may change or be added over time. The details shown on Google Play at checkout apply to your purchase.

One-time purchases (Lifetime). A Lifetime purchase is a one-time, non-consumable payment that unlocks Premium features for as long as Mindro is offered and supported. "Lifetime" refers to the lifetime of the App and the Premium feature set, not to your lifetime or any fixed period. It does not renew, can be restored using the same Google Play account, and is not transferable. If you hold both a subscription and a Lifetime purchase, the subscription is not cancelled automatically, so please cancel it in Google Play to avoid further charges.

Consumable and other items. We may offer items that are used up when applied (for example, items that protect or help your virtual tree). Such items are consumed on use, tied to your account, have no cash value, cannot be restored once used, cannot be transferred, and are non-refundable except where required by law or Google Play policy.

Billing. All purchases are made through Google Play and are charged to the payment method on your Google account. Prices may vary by country and may include applicable taxes.

Automatic renewal. Unless stated otherwise at the time of purchase, subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (for example, weekly, monthly, or yearly) at the then-current price, until you cancel. Your Google account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period, or as otherwise described by Google Play.

Free trials and introductory offers. If a free trial or introductory price is offered, its length and terms will be shown before you subscribe. Unless you cancel before the trial or introductory period ends, your subscription will begin or renew at the regular price. Trials may be limited to one per user or account. Trial eligibility is determined by Google Play, and reinstalling the App, using another device, or deleting your Mindro account does not reset it.

Cancellation. You can cancel at any time in Google Play: open Google Play > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions, select Mindro, and tap Cancel subscription. Uninstalling the App or deleting your Mindro account does not cancel your subscription. After cancellation, you keep access to paid features until the end of the period you already paid for. We cannot cancel subscriptions on your behalf, because they are managed by Google Play.

Refunds. Payments are processed by Google Play, so refund requests are handled according to Google Play's refund policies. Except where required by law or by Google Play policies, purchases are non-refundable and we do not provide refunds or credits for partially used billing periods. This does not affect any rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws.

Price and feature changes. We may change subscription prices, offers, or features. Where required, we will notify you and, for price increases, Google Play may ask for your consent. A change will not apply to your current paid period.

Restoring purchases. Purchases are tied to your Google Play account. If you reinstall the App or change devices, you can restore your purchases using the restore option in the App or by signing in with the same Google Play account.

Non-transferable. Subscriptions and in-app products cannot be transferred, resold, or shared outside of any family sharing options provided by Google Play.

Failed payments. If a payment fails or is reversed, we or Google Play may suspend or end your access to paid features. This includes situations where Google Play places a subscription in a grace period, account hold, or billing retry.

Access and verification. Your Premium status is confirmed through Google Play and RevenueCat. It may take a short time to appear after a purchase or restore, and may be delayed if you are offline. Your last confirmed status is kept on your device so paid features can keep working while offline, and it is re-checked when a connection is available.

Responsibility for purchases. You are responsible for purchases made through your Google account, including by anyone you allow to use your device. Questions about charges or refunds should be directed to Google Play, and you can contact us for support.

SECTION 8

🔁 Payment Processing and RevenueCat

We use RevenueCat, a third-party service, to retrieve available products, manage purchases and subscription status, and verify your entitlements. When you make a purchase, information such as your app user identifier, purchase history, and product details may be shared with RevenueCat and Google Play to deliver your paid features.

We do not receive or store your credit card or payment details. Payments are handled by Google Play, and your use of RevenueCat and Google Play is also subject to their own terms and privacy policies. For details on how information is handled, please see our Privacy Policy.

SECTION 9

🏆 Rewards, Xp, and Virtual Items

XP, levels, ranks, streaks, daily tasks, water, and the virtual tree are features for motivation and entertainment only. They have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash or anything of value, and are not your property.

We may adjust, rebalance, reset, or remove these features at any time, for example to improve fairness or fix errors. Progress may also be affected by app updates, missed days, or the tree-growth rules described in the App.

SECTION 10

🩺 Health and Wellness Disclaimer

Mindro offers general wellness activities such as breathing exercises, stretching, meditation, and gratitude journaling. The App is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or mental health care.

Physical activities such as stretching and breathing exercises are performed at your own risk. Stop immediately if you feel pain, dizziness, or discomfort, and consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any new activity, especially if you have a health condition, are pregnant, or have physical limitations.

If you are experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, or thoughts of harming yourself, please contact your local emergency services or a qualified professional immediately. Do not rely on the App.

SECTION 11

🔔 Notifications and Reminders

The App may send reminders and notifications that you enable. You can change or turn off notifications at any time in the App or your device settings. We do not guarantee that notifications will be delivered at an exact time, as delivery may depend on your device, operating system, battery settings, and permissions.

SECTION 12

📣 Advertisements

The App may display advertisements provided by third-party advertising partners, including Google AdMob. Advertisements may be reduced or removed with certain paid features, where offered.

By using the App, you acknowledge that advertisements may be displayed during use of certain features. We are not responsible for products, services, or content offered by third-party advertisers.

SECTION 13

🧩 Third-party Services

The App may use third-party services including:

  • Google Play and Google Play Billing
  • RevenueCat
  • Google Sign-In, Firebase Authentication, and Cloud Firestore
  • Google AdMob
  • Firebase Analytics and Google Analytics 4
  • Firebase Crashlytics

Your use of such services may be subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. Ai-NIS is not responsible for the practices, availability, or content of third-party services.

SECTION 14

The App, including its design, features, functionality, graphics, icons, artwork, text, logos, trademarks, and software, is owned by Ai-NIS or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Except as expressly permitted in these Terms, no rights are granted to you.

SECTION 15

📶 Availability of Service

We strive to keep the App available and functioning properly. However, we do not guarantee that:

  • The App will always be available
  • The App will be error-free
  • The App will be uninterrupted
  • All defects will be corrected

Features and services may change at any time.

SECTION 16

⚠️ Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ai-NIS disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:

  • Merchantability
  • Fitness for a particular purpose
  • Non-infringement
  • Accuracy
  • Reliability
  • Availability

We do not warrant that the App will improve your health, focus, memory, or well-being. Your use of the App is at your own risk.

SECTION 17

⚖️ Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ai-NIS shall not be liable for any:

  • Direct damages
  • Indirect damages
  • Incidental damages
  • Consequential damages
  • Loss of profits
  • Loss of data, progress, or backups
  • Business interruption

Arising from or related to the use or inability to use the App. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, or any rights you have under consumer protection laws.

SECTION 18

🛡️ Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Ai-NIS, its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from:

  • Your use of the App
  • Violation of these Terms
  • Violation of applicable laws
  • Violation of third-party rights
SECTION 19

🚪 Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it or deleting your account. Remember that this does not cancel any subscription, which must be canceled through Google Play.

We may suspend or terminate access to the App at any time if we reasonably believe that these Terms have been violated. Upon termination, all rights granted under these Terms will cease. Except where required by law or Google Play policies, no refund will be due for the unused portion of a paid period if your access is terminated for violating these Terms.

SECTION 20

👶 Children's Use

The App is not intended for or directed toward anyone under 18. If you believe a minor is using the App, please contact us so we can take appropriate steps.

SECTION 21

🔄 Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted with a revised "Last Updated" date.

Continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

SECTION 22

🏛️ Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
