Delete Your Mindro Account
Simple steps to remove your account and backup data
Mindro (by Ai Nexus Innovation Solutions) lets you sign in with Google only to back up your progress. Signing in is completely optional. If you never signed in, no account exists and there is nothing to delete.
📱 Delete your account in the app
- Open Mindro
- Go to Settings
- Tap Account
- Tap Delete Account and confirm
✉️ Can't access the app?
Email us at ainexusinnovationsolutions@gmail.com from the email address linked to your account, with the subject "Mindro Account Deletion". We will delete your account and backup data within 30 days.
🗑️ What is deleted
- Your account and Google sign-in information
- Your cloud backup of your progress
📌 What is kept
- Local progress: data stored on your device is not affected by account deletion. It is removed when you uninstall the app or clear its data.
- Subscriptions: Premium subscriptions are billed and managed by Google Play, so deleting your account does not cancel them. To cancel, open Google Play > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions.
